Suggest A Comprehensive Test Package For Employees

Question: We intend to organize the following test for our employees:
- Lipid Profile: Direct LDL Cholesterol, NF Triglycerides, ECG, hSCRP
- Kidney: Calcium, Creatinine, BUN, Total Protein
- Liver: S.Bilirubin, SGPT, SGOT, GGT, HBsAg,
- Blood: CBC (Hb,PCV,RBC,MCHC,MCV,MCH,Total WBC, PLT, PS, Differential
Count), CUE (Urine Routine), HBA1C (Diabetes)
- Thyroid: TSH
- Pulmonary (Lung) Function Test using Spirometry
- Doctor consultation
- Consultation by Gyneacologist

Please share your inputs whether the above package is comprehensive or should we include any other test.

Most of the employees are in sales and client facing profiles.

The list is good and it is a comprehensive package for employees.

I suggest you to include Serum HDL and Serum Total Cholesterol as well in the Lipid profile. These are more important for the doctor to give better advice and treatment. These are better tests missing in the list.

A pap smear for the women employees over 30 yrs of age is recommended. A baseline mammogram for women employees over 40 yrs of age.

You can include other optional tests like Serum Vitamin D and Vitamin B12.
