Question : have done few tests where it was confirmed very low sperm count,please suggest

Hi,

Your sperm count is very low.So we have to find out the reasons for the same.
You need to consult an andrologist or urologist to rule out any infection in testis or urinary tract, varicocele .Both can be corrected and your sperm count will increase.
If not HORMONAL ANALYSIS has to be done to assess the function of testis.

Are you on any drugs , alcohol and smoking ?
