Question : Hello Doctor,

My tests came back normal. Thank you for your help! Can you recommend a special eating plan or diet for me to follow to keep pancreatitis from coming back?

You should be cautious.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Gall bladder stones and Alcoholism are the commonest causes of Acute pancreatitis. Any form of Alcohol should be stopped.
As you had Pancreatitis due to a procedure, nothing to worry.Chances of recurrence is rare.
You should avoid foods containing fats , Oil.
As Serum Amylase and Lipase are normal, you can start taking solid food .Please take Tablet containing Enzymes daily as I told you earlier.
