Brief Answer:
rest ok. support. chana in moderation. non veg well cooked.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Dr Purushottam Neurgaonkar here . I welcome you to HCM VIRTUAL CLINIC. I have gone through your question, and I think I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

Taking bed rest is a good advice, considering your history. I will also suggest you to support the pregnancy with micronized progesterone and HCG injection till 12 weeks of the pregnancy. Plesse keep watch on abdominal pain and any type of vaginal bleeding.

Be calm, think positive, meditate. All things will sell smoothly.

From food intake point of view, I will suggest you -
Have small, frequent meals.
Plenty of water intake.
Include more portion of fruits, salads and vegetables.
Avoid deep fried foods, bakery products and refined sugars.
Eat chana dal in moderation.

Please eat well cooked non veg food only, so as to avoid any kind of infection. Please avoid Oily and too spicy food.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Lactacyd wash. Green leafy vegetables

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Happy to hear from you,

Some kind of vaginal discharge is quite common during pregnancy. If it is not itching or foul smelling then you need not worry about it. Please observe good hygiene and keep private parts clean and dry. You can use Lactacyd vaginal wash twice a week during bath.

Now about vegetables, I will suggest that you can have all sorts of green leafy vegetables, other seasonal vegetables . Plesse use them after thorough washing and proper cooking .
As far as possible, tty to avoid brinjal, gauar, and any other vegetables that can cause tummy upset and acidity.

I am sure that your Usg will be all fine. Please do nit stress out yourself.

May God bless you with a bundle of XXXXXXX

I hope this answer helps you. .
Thanks
