Question: Hi,

My height is around 5'6, weight-62, age-24 yrs.

I get periods between 28 to 35 days, can I call it as regular ? because sometimes I get it for 28 days sometimes for 30 days, 33 or 35 days ?

Could you please suggest me a diet plan for reducing my weight and getting periods on time ?

Hello,

It's normal to have anywhere between 21 and 35 days between periods.
Weight of 62 kg with height of 5,6 is also normal , but if you want to lose some weight than follow some habits -

Eat a high-protein breakfast. Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. Drink water a half hour before meals. Choose weight loss-friendly foods. Eat soluble fiber. Drink coffee or tea. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods. Eat your food slowly.
Do some yoga or exercise daily by doing these you can reducing your weight and getting periods on time.
