Brief Answer:
Some examples

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

When using Parnate it is important to avoid foods containing high concentration of tyramine.

Such foods would be sausage, salami, herring, anchovies, liver, aged/smoked/salted/dried meats, aged cheeses (blue, XXXXXXX cheddar, brie, parmesan, XXXXXXX swiss) sour cream, soy beans, soy sauce, tofu, fava beans, sauercraut, figs, raisins, bananas, avocados, overripe fruits, yeast extracts, packaged soups. Of course as you seem to know alcohol should be avoided as well.

I remain at your disposal for other questions.
