There are plenty of good glucometers from good companies available in the market and you can buy any one of them.
Dr morepen's meter is good and you can go ahead with it.
Other brands available are...
ACCU CHECK
ONE TOUCH etc.
Personally I am using ACCU CHECK and I have found it to be very good.
