Suggest A Moisturiser For Combinational Skin

Question: I am currently using Neutrogena Deep clean facial cleanser which is really good and It neatly cleanses the skin and let the Ph which is required for the skin let it stay and gives and neat skiny damp skin and sometimes when I go out in sun I use Ranbaxy SPF 50 moisturizer in the days time for my facial skin.. However, I am looking for a decent non spf moisturizer which can be used for night time and day time (when not in sun) and can be used on regular basis... My skin in typically sometimes oily and sometimes dry.

The moisturizer should be used anyways irrespective of time, Should make my skin well moisturized, should not make skin oily, should not trigger acne, may be it can take away XXXXXXX and increases fairness by one shade. Besides this, suggest me a medication to reduce my open pores on my skin and I think because of those pores dust is getting inside and eventually I am having acne

You can use moisrize moisturiser manufactured by cadila pharma.
It is based on hyaluronic acid and is non oily.
You can even apply it in morning before applying sunscreen.
For open pores use a salicylic acid based face wash twice a day.
This will cause a bit peeling of face and will remove pores.

Suggest me something else for my open pores which can cured by salicylic as my currently cleanser contains hydroxy acid and I am more than satisfied with that. btw, will the moisturizer cadila pharma makes you fair and moisturizes well?
I don't find this moisturizer anywhere in the OTC pharmacy, please help me with the complete name of the product and confirm where can I get that ASAP
