Brief Answer:
Couldn’t see the reports

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

From the description I understood that you are having vitamin D deficiency and elevated cholesterol levels. Nothing much to worry as those are not big deals and easily be corrected. You can cholecalciferol sachet once a week for three months and reassess the vitamin D level again to check the progress. You can also take vitamin D rich foods that doesn’t affect your cholesterol status like sea fishes, soya bean and white beans. Also, get exposed to sunlight as vitamin D synthesized in the sun light.

For elevated triglycerides first try to control with conservative measures like diet modifications and daily exercises, still shows elevated values start drugs like Atorvastatin daily basis.

Hope I have answered your query. Kindly attach the report in the follow up query. Wishing you good health.

Thanks

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

My inferences based on your reports are:
1. You have very high triglycerides and VLDL (very low density lipoprotein)
2. Vitamin D level is very much on lower side.
3. The hemoglobin level is on borderline.
4. The HbA1C is also on the borderline and you are at risk for developing diabetes.

You have to take statins as advised earlier. Better or take atorvastatin once daily on the bedtime. Avoid oily foods and do regular exercises. Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) sachet has to be taken once a weekly. You can also take multivitamin tablets like Supradyn once daily to tackle associated multivitamin deficiency and hemoglobin deficiency. Include more iron rich foods like green leafy vegetables in diet.

The HbA1C level is slightly high and it means that you are prone to develop diabetes or you may be labelled as prediabetic!. Do a fasting blood sugar level to rule out diabetes.

Hope I have answered your query. Feel free to contact in case of further queries. Wishing you good health.

Regards
