Suggest A Remedy For Muscle Pain In Legs And Lower Back While On Zantac

Question : I have been on Zantac 150 2 x day for acid reflux. I have been on omeprazole, pantaprazole, and dexilant with side effects. I decided to improve my diet and try an over the counter drug which hopefully would have fewer side effects. I have been on Zantac for about 6 weeks (150 2x day) and am experiencing muscle pain in my legs and lower back. Sometimes, I am also feeling tightness between my shoulder blades. Could this be a side effect of Zantac. Please advise.

You have been taking zantac I assume for heartburn and GERD. Now after 6 weeks of use you have started to experience muscle pain legs and lower back. This is not a side effect from the zantac. The usual side effects from zantac include fatigue rash and Nausea and vomiting.
