Thanks for contacting with your health concern and after reviewing your health query and medical reports I'm of the following opinion:

1. Both BPH and hair loss has one thing in common, i.e. DHA hormone so although I do have result oriented herbal medicines to furnish but before that do let me know:

i. about your DHA level (according to Age)
ii. If high is it related with testis only or any adrenal cause is also sought?
