Question : Hi after Q switch laser treatment on my hand I am having dark red and brown patch....can i use fuitivate cream on the affected area.

I have gone through your query and i have noted your concern.
This can sometimes happen after a laser if higher amount of energy is delivered and can look like a burn.
I would suggest you to use Flutivate cream, twice daily for a few days.

They side effect would go away ultimately but it depends on how bad they are.
Though flutivate cream is fine but you may use elocon cream (contains mometasone furoate) for better response.
