Suggest Alternate Over The Counter Medication For Calcibronat

Question: Hi,
I am looking for the equivalent of " calcibronat" an over counter medication used in France , Tunisia, Italy , to treat nervous fatigue. The pill is round and bubbles in a cup of water very much like XXXXXXX algka celtzer. In Chile it is called Sedofontil. Thank you.
