Brief Answer:
Many reasons including high cost

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for your query.

I have read your query and I am a clinical Pharmacologist.

It must be available at leading pharmacy stores like Walmart etc.

It is not commonly prescribed by doctors for many reasons. One reason is that its use is associated with pulmonary hypertension in some people. Related medicines have been withdrawn due to reports of valvular heart disease and other heart conditions. This medicine is not recommended for patients having hypertension, heart conditions or have taken another weight loss medicine within last year.

Another reason is that not enough research is available in patients above 65 years of age.

Last but not the least is high cost of each tablet.

Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
