Question: I am a 61 year old female with ra for 12 years I have tried humira Enbrel methoxerate azfuludine the humira Enbrel and methoxerate gave me horrible chills and fever, I take lower respitory infections easily. but I am gonna have to try something it is getting worse quick especially in my hands

Thank you for posting your query on HCM.

Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that since you have already tried TNF inhibitors and are not happy with the same I would strongly recommend for rituximab therapy . we have used it with quite success in people who are refractory with other drugs .

You will need to discuss this option with your treating doctor .
