Brief Answer:
You should try ultra long acting LAMA, LABA.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.

COPD (chronic obstructive Pulmonary disease) is chronic, progressive inflammatory disease of lungs.
Smoking cessation, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, vaccination and inhaled treatment are the best treatment options for COPD.

In inhaled treatment three group of drugs are given.

1. Long acting beta 2 agonist (LABA).
2. Long acting Muscarinic antagonist (LAMA)
3. Inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).

Seretide is having salmeterol (LABA) and fluticasone (ICS). Aclira is having aclidinium (LAMA).
So you are taking appropriate drugs for COPD. But in later stages of the disease, these drugs do not help. So now a days newer drugs are discovered which are more potent, effective and long acting.

They are known as ultra LABA and ultra LAMA.
Ultra LABA is indacaterol. Ultra LAMA is glycopyrolium. Combination of both these is available with brand name of sequadra and loftair.

Another newer drug is Roflumilast. It is oral drug which is indicated in end stage COPD.

Since these drugs are prescribed medicines, you need to consult your pulmonologist for them.

Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further.

Wish you good health.
Thanks.
