Brief Answer:
Imodium as alternative

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Lomotil containing diphenoxylate and atropine is generally available OTC. However, drug policies change from time to time taking into consideration the side effects profile. Alternatives for lomotil in acute or chronic diarrhea is Loperamide which is available by the trade name Imodium. Try to get a prescription if possible for lomotil if its not available OTC in your place. If not then Imodium can be searched as an OTC option.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
