Brief Answer:
Yes unfortunately there are no sure shot medicines

Detailed Answer:
yes in PAH the medicine response rate is quite low. But by trying out different permutations and combinations we can arrive at drug regimen that can cause improvement in symptoms and functional status. What are the medicines she is on and has she got any reason for her PAH or it is idiopathic?

thank you for the information.
Last year all the tests were done including check for blocks in lungs, but could not identify the cause. Currently she is taking following medicines:

Assurans 20mg - thrice daily
Lenoxin 0.25 mg - 1/2 alternate day
Dytor Plus 10 mg - twice daily

Since last 4 months condition is not improving and she is on oxygen for 15-20 hrs. without oxygen spo2 level comes to 65-70. Doctors are saying its last stage.
She does not feel to eat anything.

thank you again sir. Most of the time her BP is 100/65-70.
Definitely I will ask doctor if she can take Bosanthan or Ambrasanthan. we have consulted Pulmonologist then HRCT scan of chest and CTPA was done but all reports were normal and he did not suggest any medicine other than Assurans.

We have already checked with 4 hospitals in XXXXXXX and 4-5 in Bhopal/Jabalpur. All are saying she will not live more than a year. Is this disease so bad? currently she in MadhyaPradesh. If something can be done we will try to bring her to XXXXXXX
Please let us know.
We are also trying few ayurvedic medicines.

Brief Answer:
You can attempt addition or change in medicines

Detailed Answer:
Yes idiopathic pulmonary hypertension does have pretty poor prognosis especially once heart failure sets in. if there is no response to assurance adding or substituting with Bosanthan or Ambrasanthan can be tried as they have little better response.
I don't think there is anything that can additional be done other than this
