maybe a fungal rash if not respond to bacterial cream
Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic
Fucibet is a combination of an anti bacterial agent and a topical steroid.
The steroid would be used to treat any inflammation present and help with the itching.
Steroids are commonly combined with antibacterial or anti fungal creams.
It is possible , since there is no response with the antibacterial cream, that the rash is due to a fungal infection. These are typically itchy.
Fungal rash of the these areas of the skin is called tinea coporis. It can take two to three weeks of consistent use of anti fungals for improvement because these are slow to respond.
Eg of anti fungals are econazole, miconazole, ketoconazole
They may be over the counter.
I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
