Question : I have been taking Shal-Cal for Calcium. I came to know that instead of Shal-Cal I should take a calcium supplement having Calcium Citrate which is easily absorbed. I also take Uprise D3 for Vitamin D3 once a month and Neurokind plus for Vitamin B3-B6.
Request pl suggest a suitable Calcium / D3 / B3-B6 supplement of a good pharma company. I need to further increase Vitamin D3 level which is at the lower end of permissible.
