Suggest Alternative Medication When Norco Is Not Allowed To Be Prescribed

Question: I was getting norco 7.5/325 for 6 yrs following an auto crash. I am now on disability and moved to XXXX WI from XXXXXXX The DRs here say they are being presured to not prescribe any narcotics, and my old XXXX DR retired.

I am so sorry to hear about this difficulty. Some doctors take cover to say they are being pressured not to prescribe medications.It is not TRUE If the reasons are justified and follow up attests to that, they run no extra risk. The problem maybe that they need to do so much paper and work that they are running away from them. Tell them you are in pains and need a solution and if he cannot be of help, let him send you to the right quarters.The drugs are for patients and never for doctors not to use when and where necessary. Please, confront him on what he intends doing to address your problem.
