Brief Answer:
There is no alternative

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using health care magic.

The all combinations containing fizepam and imipramine are banned across the world and no alternative is available at this moment. The banning was executed because many of the individuals used them as addictive substance causing more harm to their body than any benefit.

If you have any symptoms please see a psychiatrist and get rid of this dangerous combination of medication.

I hope this helps you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards.
