Brief Answer:
Source naturals DIM is alternative option

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM
I have gone through your query.

BioTE contains Diindolylmethane. Source naturals DIM also contain three same ingredient, it is cheaper than BioTE. But I am not aware of the strength of the tablet. You can have a word with the consultant who have prescribed this for an alterative.

Hope this helps.
Take care.
