Question: My Aunt Age 44 suffering from AML M1 type cancer. And just now all the tests are done and confirmed. There is no symptoms so far this disease like bruising and others. It is find out unexpectedly. Now we get the doctors opinion that it is difficult to remiss and cure. So i am just waiting for your reply including Homeopathy to start the treatment to cure. Ayurvedic system is a classical traditional one based mainly on the food and dosa(vatha,pitta,kapha).

I cant explain the pathology of the disease. Its need more explanation.
Whether it is simple fever or a cancer classical way to approach is to realign the imbalanced dosa With diet and medication.
a modern doctor cannot understand the pathology and basic science of ayurveda unless they really want too.
in developed country like US they integrated ayurveda, naturopathy system of medicine in treating blood cancer and found good result when comparing to modern medicine.
As per modern medicine your aunty cancer type lifetime is 6 to 8 months.it cannot cured with present medicine.so you dont have any options.
