Question : My daughter suffering from stomach pain believe it's related to great deal of stress she's been under lately. I have nad gastritis in the past and pain is the same as I had. What's the best Ovc treatment to relieve symptoms

The stress can cause an increase in stomach acid that irritates the stomach lining causing gastritis. The strongest medicines to block stomach acid are the proton pump inhibitors. These are over the counter. Try her on prilosec or protonix to decrease the pain. If she gets no relief after a few days she should see a doctor.
