Brief Answer:
Imaging studies required.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Welcome to HCM.
Thank you for the query.
I have through the query and understand your concern.
Your symptoms appear to be due to Disc herniation ( prolapsed disc).
I would suggest you to get imaging studies like CT/ MRI do know the type, level of disc herniation and also to know the next line of management.
Contact your Orthopaedician after getting investigations.
For now you can take pain killers like Diclo or tramadol and muscle relaxant.
Avoid all kind of physical activity. Use lumbar support belts if possible.
Hope this helps.
Regards.
