Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Fulvestrant with palbociclib is used for metastatic breast cancer.

Since it has stopped working and you are on tamoxifen I would advise you to go for tablet capecitabine.

This drug has shown significant and consistent improvement in progression-free survival in breast cancer which has spread to other parts of the body.

Its side effects are severe nausea or vomiting, stomach pain or upset and loss of appetite which can be managed symptomatically.
