Question : I am suffering from hairfall, doctor suggested CALPANTO FORTE to me and I used it for 15 days and it worked for me, but I shifted to another city where I can't find this medicine. I want to know any substitute to this medicine or any other medicine to prevent hair fall.

Hi

You can take Hairbless tablet once a day or tablet biotin 10 mg once a day .

Take treatment regularly for atleast two to three months for complete relief .

I also have itchy scalp and painful scalp, is it because of nutrient deficiency or there is some other reason for that

You can try cp 100 tablets .These will take care of the pain as well.
Use a ketoconazole based shampoo for washing hair twice a week .
Leave it over scalp for five to seven minutes after application for the medicine to act and then rinse it off .
