Brief Answer:
Stop using steroid agents, many side effects

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
Now you have been using two creams over your face since a long time.
Both on these medicines basically contain steroid agents and they are both not recommended for long term use over the face.
Long term use of these steroidal agents over face can lead to various side effects in the form of itching, redness, skin irritation, sun sensitivity, darkening of skin, development of bruises, increased hair growth etc etc.
So it is very important that you stop using both of these over the face right away.

Once you stop these, you will surely face some difficulty for sometime since your skin has become used to these agents.
But we will try to handle the side effects as much as possible.
Stop these two medicines first.

Start application of cortisone skin cream over face twice a day for a week.
After a week, use it only once a day for another week.
Then use it only once a day on alternate days for next seven days. Stop its application thereafter.

This is basically slow tapering of steroid cream so as to avoid many adverse reactions.

In addition, take tablet levocetrizine once a day daily at night for two weeks. This will prevent skin irritation.

After two weeks, you can start application of a mild skin lightening agent like kojivit cream over the face twice a day. This is a milder and safe skin lightening agent which can be safely used over the face to improve skin color for as long as required without any harmful effects.

Also remember to use a good medicated sunscreen with spf more than 26 everytime before going out in the sun.

Hope it helps

Brief Answer:
No surgery would help you

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

No kind of surgery or laser treatment would be of any help to you. Your problem is basically that of steroid abuse over the skin and it needs to be treated slowly and on proper lines so as to return the skin back to normal while controlling the skin sensitivity.
So my advise would be to patiently follow the treatment as told.
The advised medicines along with regular use of skin moisturisers will help you in overcoming the skin irritating , dryness and other effects of stopping the steroid agents.
So try to follow the advised regimen.
You can always follow up in case of any problem.
