Brief Answer:
Diet and life style modifications

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma'am , I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns ..Your husband has the levels of triglycerides , LDL cholesterol and non HDL cholesterol above normal levels.. to get these values to normal levels, I would recommend that he loses any excess weight if he is overweight..
As for the diet he should limit the amount of carbohydrate and saturated fat as palm oil that he eats.. Also he should limit his alcohol intake and stop smoking if he smoke..
Eat a heart-healthy diet that is rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains and low-fat or nonfat dairy foods. he should also Limit salt and sugar.
taking fish oil (omega-3 fatty acid) supplements may lower triglyceride levels.
He should also excersice at least 30 minutes three times daily even by simple excersice as walking per place .. I hope I answered your question. if you don't have any other clarifications then please close the discussion..
