Question : Please recommend which Omron nebulizer model (C25S, C801, C803, C28) is good for home use or any other company model for infants (6 months and above) and kids.

It hardly matters which model you choose and all of them serve the same basic functionality. However, possibly NE-C28 and NE-C803 are relatively better for home use. For use in case of an infant or kid, any of these should suffice and I do not think that you need to search for other options or companies.
