Suggest An Effective Dosage For Cymbalta For Depression

Question : I do take the antidepressant Cymbalta and it helps some with the pain. 60 mgs per day. Would breaking it up into two doses of 30mg each, have any better effect?

I've used Opana, but not the other. I will ask about it on friday when i see my PM Doc. Thanks.

Cymbalta releases over the course of 24 hours. Therefore, breaking the dose into 30mg twice a day would not have any benefit, and in fact might lessen the potency of the medication.
