Question : I think I have PGAD. 4 days with MULTIPLE orgasms. Not sexually driven. I am looking for a numbing gel/cream that is safe to use around the clitoris. Any suggestions?

Use 1% lignocaine gel.

To decrease the orgasms and to reduce the stimulation of clitoris you can use 1% lignocaine gel around the area. You also need to use soft cotton undergarments that are loose and do not touch the area to cause a stimulation.
Taking methylcobalamin supplements orally will also help.
