Hi,

For psoriasis in the under leg area you can apply Clobetasol propionate cream (Tenovate cream) on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet Levocetirizine 5 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching for 2 weeks.
This will improve psoriasis.

can be psorisis cured permanently by taking the above tablem and applying cream.
or upto what time i should take these medicine and oinmenet.

It can only be kept under control.
