Oral antihistaminic medications will help.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I can certainly understand your concern.
I have worked through your query in detail.
Many of your symptoms are directly related to underlying chronic sinusitis.
It's advisable to consider an HRCT Scan of the Paranasal Sinuses to determine further course of action.
Meanwhile a short course of antihistamine medications likely to help you overcome these symptoms.
I generally prescribe oral medication of Levocetirizine and Xylometazoline nasal spray for 3-4 days to my patients with such symptoms.
Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications to you.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care,
