HI , thanks for using healthcare magic

Unfortunately all of them have possible sexual side effects.

Those with the lowest rate of side effects are wellbutrin (which you have tried), mirtazpine and vilazodone.

The medications classed as SSRI (prozac, paxil, zoloft) all commonly cause sexual side effects unfortunately.

In some cases, adjustment of the doses to a strength that may still be effective, may help reduce the side effect but this should only be done in consultation with your doctor.
