Brief Answer:
an anti fungal and anti bacterial cream

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Balantis would normally be fungal or bacterial infection or a mixture of both, fungal being the most common.

You should try an anti fungal cream such as miconazole (brand names zeasorb, micatin, conazol) , econazole (spectazole) or ketoconazole (nizoral), clotrimazole (mycelex) .

One of these can be used and applied twice daily.

An antibacterial cream can be used along with this in case there is also a bacterial infection, eg- neosporin, bactroban, polysporin, fucidin.

Also used twice daily, can be used at the same time.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
