Brief Answer:
I would explain as follows.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have read your question, I saw the discharge report too.

The medications recommended at the end of the discharge report are indicated to improve diabetes, dyslipidemia, and circulation of the blood.

It is true that there is no antihypertensive medication recommended at the discharge report, in some cases, moderated high blood pressure is acceptable after infarction with the aim to constrict the damaged area.

Close monitoring of the blood pressure is necessary and if values tend to be high ( i.e more than 150 mmHg0 antihypertensive therapy should be continued.

I agree with the rest of the medication.

Discuss this with the treating Doctor this issue.

Hope this helps.

Feel free to ask if you have further questions.
Thanks.
