Question : Are there any ayurvedic / naturopathy based solutions for sinusitis? Like inhalation of steam which I practise.

Natural ayurvedic home therapies for sinusitis:
Using black cumin and fenugreek seeds:
1.Take a clean cloth,add one tsp of black cumin seeds.
Wrap the cloth and place near the nose and inhale.
2.Roast one tsp of cumin seeds.
Crush them and add one tsp of honey.
Mix well and consume everyday.
3.Take one tsp of fenugreek seeds and add 4 cups of water.
Boil the mixture till the water reduces to half.
Strain the liquid,and drink 4 cups of this liquid everyday.
4.Consume garlic and onions as a part of your diet.
These therapies also reduce fever associated with sinusitis by eliminating all potential toxins.

Nice ideas. In 2. is it black or normal cumin? In 3. Is this likely to be bitter?
