Brief Answer:
repair / replacement depends on mitral regurgitation. No ayurveda medicine

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam , I am Dr. Mody and I would be addressing your concern .
Many patients who have Coarctation of aorta have intrinsic abnormalities in mitral valve Itself . The Severity of mitral regurgitation will decide the need for mitral valve repair or Replacement and not how severe is atrial fibrillation.
The atrial fibrillation is because of progressive dilation of the heart because of mitral regurgitation.
So if that is treated, atrial fibrillation severity may decrease or in a fair chance it may disappear completely .
There is NO ayurvedic medication for the same , and please as a son I am telling you that don't go for such therapies which had no benefit for your condition.
Rather some allopathic medication can decrease your symptoms by controlling the atrial fibrillation and decreasing the regurgitation . Do visit your cardiologists for the same .
Do upload your 2 d echocardiography report so I can guide you for the need of repair or replacement as that will be ideal along with MACE procedure for atrial fibrillation.
The surgery is safe and post that you would be great.
If finance is not a big issue . Non invasive method of XXXXXXX clip is available, where like a simple angiography they can treat the regurgitation however it's a secondary option .

Do send me all reports and medication you take so I can help you with the treatment plan .
