Suggest Ayurvedic Treatment For Anemia

Question: Is there any ayurvedic medicine for Aplastic Anemia? I am looking for medicines without any bhasma as I have seen cases where bhasmas have worsened the patient's condition and doctors are not ready to accept such patients. Waiting for reply.

Please find my answers below -
1. Since it is disease involving the bone marrow thus is it due to viral infection, exposure to chemicals/drugs, autoimmune disorder or idiopathic?
- It was due to side efffects of Methotrexate prescribed by a Dermatologist for eczema but my father also had some autoimmune diseases before so doctors think that it can be either case.
2. What is the opinion of Hematologist?
-they are suggesting ATG injections or BMT
3. Do upload the latest blood reports?
-his latest HB was 9.3 , wbc - 900, plateletes - 40000 (this was after blood transfusion of 4 units PCV and 6 units of Plateletes because my father had hematuria night before.
4. How many times blood transfusions has been given. (iron profile)?
-this disease is from last 5 years and blood transfusions is on every alternate week. His Ferritin level has always been very high (more than 3000). He is on medicine which reduces Ferritin level from blood but doesn't affect HB.

As there is no such term as "aplastic anemia," in Ayurveda thus treatment is based on the specific signs and symptoms of the patient, and management is done on the basis of ‘Sahaj Pandu’. i.e.

i. Improving digestion for proper metabolism and elimination
ii. Improving the blood [Rakta] with herbs like Ashwagandha,Amalaki,Shilajit, bhallataka Rasayana,dadimadi churan,trifla gugullu
iii. As with repeated blood transfusion, iron toxicity is a major problem, thus avoid iron rich compounds and include Vitamin C and Vitamin B12 in diet
iv. Medicine will be given to improve the immunity and normalize the bone marrow [Majja Dhatu] such as Ashwagandha, Guduchi XXXXXXX yashtimadhu, arogya vardhini vati,laxadi gugullu XXXXXXX nagbala, patola,saariva, kutki

PS. These medicines should be used as additional therapy to prevent infections,reduce severity,and improving the longevity of affected individuals.
. Any treatment/management should be known and done under care and supervision of an experienced/attending Hematologist.
