Suggest Baby Food For An Infant

Question : I am breastfeeding my son and I'm not the best at pumping. It looks as if I will have to supplement some formula as I have to work and make sure he had something. I'm not sure what to get him. I have introduced baby food to him more applesauce and juice water and prune juice...has issue with gas...constipated and acid reflux that he takes medicine for daily.

I am having a menstrual period ..is that okay and I'm breastfeeding?

Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Firstly yes you can breastfeed during menstruation.
As regards baby food is concerned there are numerous products available in market and you can hit and try them but make sure they have high fibre content so as to give him good bowel movement.
Along with that keep breastfeeding as much as possible and along with it give fruit shakes without sugar.
Banana is a very good supplement and thus try to give at least 1 banana in divided portions.
