There are no pills for artificial saliva!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about this absence of saliva and all the inconveniences this has caused you. Please, there are no pills for absence of saliva and dry mouth. The problem here is that the glands have been destroyed and the only way to get around this is to apply solutions, gels, lozenges, etc. to the mouth. No pill would help about this. The closes to this is a powder but still requires to be dissolved in a cup of water and used for rinsing the mouth with. This means that there is really no way to go without trying the other forms. I will suggest you stick that that which has been least unfriendly to you.
I know this doesn't provide the desired pill but the truth is that there is none available in the stores at this time. I wish you well and would gladly address any other concerns that you may have. I wish you well.
