Brief Answer:
It depends

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

so you had nasal symptoms (congestion, runny nose), cough (dry?), fatigue and fever. This could be anything from a simple viral infection to pneumonia. Influenza is very much likely to present the same way. Azithromycin won't help with any viral infection (including influenza). It may help with bacterial infections.

Clinical examination is needed to determine whether you have signs of serious infection or not. Auscultation findings are essential.

If your doctor has no suspicion of pneumonia and you have no signs of worsening then it's probably a viral infection that only needs time to be cured.

There are some clinical data which may signify worsening like shortness of breath, too many breathing movements (more than 20-25 per minute), low blood pressure and a new higher fever.
If you have any of the above then immediate medical attention is warranted.

I hope I've helped!
