Question : hi my daughter has cold and cough she is 2 and half years old can you suggest some syrup for cough.She has phlem.I have Cofstop syrup(cetirizine hydrochloride 2.5mg,dextromethophan hybromide 5 ml,zinc gluconate 7.5 mg,menthol 2.5 mg per 5 ml) or can you suggest cough syrup

Usually cold and cough is viral or allergic.
You are already giving cetrizine.
You can give the cough syrup you have for one or two doses.

If not improving better get her examined by your pediatrician.
She may require antibiotics or bronchodilators based on the examination findings.
Give her plenty of liquids to keep her hydrated.
