Question : I am facing a skin issue on my face. in the winter i noticed a prominent visible section is getting dark patches. I consulted with a doctor in practo. She suggested a cream momate F, it significantly reduces the dark patch color and dryness. but after few weeks it came back. I used the cream again and got benefit. i am seeing similar thing again. not exactly dark patch, but the skin tone is noticably different with the other part. it does not have dryness.

Thanks for the follow up and photographs.
You have developed post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
Momate is a steroid, you should not have used it.
It gives temporary relief but causes damage to skin.
You can use ointment Depiwhite daily in night for 3 months and a sunscreen with spf 50 in morning.
Take tablet Vitamin C daily in night for 2 months.
This should help you.
