Question : Itching in genital area. No visible allergy. Itch Guard works but temporarily for a day.

Thanks for the query.
Probably you have developed fungal infection.
Don't use itch guard.
It provides only symptomatic relief.
Apply an antifungal cream such as luliconazole twice daily for a month.
This should help you.
If itching is severe you can take tablet cetrizine 10 mg daily in night.

any soap or body wash for the area, that can be recommended. currently I use pears soap, itself
