Well looking into the problem I would like to tell you that for intense itching you can take antihistaminics like levocetrizine or cetrizine . These drugs are believed to give relief in itching . Also you can apply emollient or any soothing lotion like lactocalamine to relieve you of itching .

You can take them after due consultation with your treating doctor .
