Question : hello I have just been diagnosed with anitphospholipid (?) anti-body syndrome. My body throws clots. I have had four strokes already, I am no on warfarin and heparin injections. But I have to avoid all food with vitamin k. where can I fin a list. on this site. my dr. is very hands off and I am use to eating anything I want and still being very small. thanks
