He felted light headed almost fainted then he started sweating we went outside of the store and he trew up a lot , then he went to the restroom and had diarrea , then we walked a little more he trew up again then we sat down for a bit gave him water trew up again , then i drove home and told him to go to sleep he went to sleep right away , in my opinion its a stomach bug or food poisoning ?
He dranked a orchata drink wish is rice with milk but he sead it was to thick so maybe that was bad , and after fried fish with fries and a beer he felted sick like half and ahour later but the horchata drink drinked it 5 hours earlier

hello again..
the symptoms you are experiencing could be due to gastroenteritis or food poisoning.. I would recommend that he take an antidiarrheal as imoduim every eight hours together with an antiemetic as metochlopromide also every eight hours.. To eliminate any possible protozoal infection he should take flagyl tablet (2 tablets three times daily) and if he develops fever then he will need to add an antibiotic to eliminate any possible bacterial infection..
Since he is losing a lot of his body fluids through vomiting and diarrhea then he should be aware to compensate for this by drinking plenty of fluids and preferably electrolyte containing drinks such as Gatorade to avoid dehydration ..
